Sky Park Valet Parking hours of operation?
We open to the public 7-days a week. Monday to Friday from 04:00am to Midnight (or last confirmed booking). Saturday and Sunday from 05:00am to Midnight (or last confirmed booking).
How do I make a booking?
After receiving your quote, click the "Login" button to access our customer portal. If you don’t have an account yet, simply click "Create Account" and follow the steps to set one up. Remember to verify your email by clicking the "Verify Now" button in the confirmation email we send—be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
Once logged in, you’ll need to add your vehicle details before making a booking. After that, your invoice will be available instantly in the portal, making the process smooth and easy from here on!
What happens when I have completed my booking?
On completion of the booking we will send you an email confirming your booking details.
Do my times provided have to be exact?
Incorrect drop-off and return times can affect the accuracy of our quotation. Your times will be rechecked at the car park upon your arrival.
What time do I have to Arrive at Skypark?
We suggest you allow at least 10 - 15 mins to arrive at Skypark before you wish to arrive at terminals 3 & 4. Terminals 1 & 2 allow 30 minutes.
Do I need to leave keys with you?
Skypark is a Valet service and as such require your keys to park your car.
Do you provide Motorbike airport parking?
Skypark offers special motorcycle pricing, please call our customer service staff for a great rate on 9277 9566. All motorbike parking is Undercover with Jacket and helmet storage available. You are welcome to take your bike key with you.
What level of security is provided?
Our car park and undercover storage facility is monitored 24 hrs a day, utilizing dedicated mobile patrols, CCTV and electronic surveillance.
